Hakol Hayehudi has received numerous reports revealing the scope of the problem and the danger: Arabs are employed as drivers, laborers, and kitchen staff at top secret IDF bases.
In one report received by Hakol Hayehudi, a soldier described how his platoon was sent to sensitive sites throughout the country with their weapons. The soldiers were barred from taking their cell phones, were forbidden from discussing the locations they visited or the number of soldiers at them on unsecured phone lines, and were not allowed to update their families about their whereabouts.
The soldier then detailed the rigorous entry procedures to one of the sites and the number of checks performed before being allowed inside. However, upon entering, he and his platoon were surprised to find an Arab bus driver inside the facility. “The bus driver knows exactly what he is doing, where he is bringing the soldiers, how many soldiers he picked up, what equipment each soldier has, and most importantly, he can overhear the soldiers speaking on the bus and observe their behavior,” the soldier noted.
In another report received by Hakol Hayehudi, a soldier who served at a major Air Force base described how Arab laborers worked in the base under a subcontractor who was involved in construction on the base. The laborers took part in building a classified hangar for the advanced F-35 aircraft. In addition, Arabs were employed in the base's logistics unit.
