One after another, Arab terrorists from Gaza who took part in the massacres and perpetrated horrible acts, have been brought to Israeli courts after being captured. Already during the initial days after the attacks, the Israeli Police criticized the demand to transport the terrorists to court for hearings to extend their detention.
The Israeli Police have charged the terrorists from Gaza with serious crimes including: murder with extreme brutality, terrorism by a group, murder of defenseless individuals and children, and more. In one case, Attorned Mahmad Jabrin, representing a terrorist from the massacre, requested that the court order the Israeli Prison Service to find the phone numbers of the terrorist’s family members so that he “could speak with them.” The Court ruled in favor of his request.
The Lavi Organization said in response: “One who is merciful to the wicked, will be wicked to the merciful. The blood of our fellow is calling out to us from the ground to carry out justice and eliminate the terrorists from this earth.”
